SPONSORED PLACES FOR PENSION FUNDS
Two executives from all pension funds who are submitting an entry for the IPE Awards are invited - costs paid - to attend the IPE Awards.

IPE also offers sponsored places to other senior pension fund executives who would like to attend the event. Please register early as sponsored places are limited.

SPONSORED HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
IPE guarantees free accommodation to two senior executives from all pension funds that submit an entry for the IPE Awards and attend the IPE Awards Dinner on November 29th. Other pension funds will also be eligible for free accommodation if they are attending the IPE Awards Seminar & Dinner on November 29th but places are limited so please register early.
PLEASE NOTE: Pension Fund guests who accept this offer but find they are unable to attend must inform IPE before the event. Failure to do so may result in IPE invoicing you for your hotel room and travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
SUBSIDISED TRAVEL TO THE IPE AWARDS (Pension Funds Only)
IPE will pay travel expenses, to a maximum of €500, for all senior pension fund executives who have been allocated a sponsored place.
Please note the following guidelines when booking your travel:
- Only direct return tickets from your point of origin to the Awards city will be reimbursed. If you wish to travel to the Awards from one city and return to another city or make a detour en route you must contact Yvonne Cooke yvonne.cooke@ipe.com to make special arrangements otherwise your tickets will not be reimbursed.
- First/Business/Premier class travel will not be covered
- If you wish to travel by car IPE will reimburse petrol bought, tolls paid and parking. Please keep all receipts for these charges as they will be needed to verify your claim.
- Attendance at the IPE Awards Dinner on November 29th is mandatory
IF YOU ARE NOT A PENSION FUND
The IPE Awards is an industry event and registration is restricted to the following delegates: Pension fund executives and trustees, Pension fund consultants, Sponsors and Sponsor's guests.
