EUROPE - Dexia has named Naïm Abou-Jaoudé to succeed Hugo Lasat as chairman of the management board of Dexia Asset Management.
Lasat is to join the group's management board, with responsibility for personal financial services and asset management as of January 1.
Abou-Jaoudé is currently director of alternative investments at Dexia AM.
The company is enlarging the group management board to include five division heads (public & project finance and credit enhancement, personal financial services, treasury and financial markets) as well as the heads of risk management and operations and IT.
Elsewhere, Fortis has named Brigitte Boone as CEO of Investment Banking at Fortis.
Former head Maxime Jadot will be appointed Country Manager Banking France, taking over from Luc Willemyns.
