Frank Russell Company and Mellon Trust are creating a new company which will provide global performance measurement products and portfolio analysis tools. Russell/Mellon Analytical Services will be an independent 50/50 joint venture, which will use people fron Russell's Analytical Services and Mellon Trust's Information Services.
