GLOBAL – Financial services consultancy Andersen has promoted Stephen Kingsley to the position of global head of its financial services industry (FSI) practice.
Kingsley has headed Andersen’s EMEIA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) financial services practice for the past five years.
He takes over the global reins from John Tiner, who was recently appointed a managing director at The Financial Services Authority (FSA).
John Ormerod, Andersen’s UK managing partner, comments: “We are delighted Stephen is taking on the responsibility for Andersen’s global financial services industry activities. He has been a driving force in the growth of the EMEIA group, one of our largest and fastest-growing financial services practices. He has contributed greatly to the development of our practice, with a real understanding of our marketplace, our people, the issues we face and the opportunities ahead.”
