NETHERLANDS – Reinoud van den Broek, chief executive at Aon Hewitt Netherlands, and Jan Willem Siekman, executive director for retirement and financial management at Aon Hewitt, have indicated that they will leave the company, after four and three years, respectively.
During the coming months, they will transfer their tasks and contacts to the new management team, consisting of Pascal Hogenboom, Frank Driessen and Judith van de Ree, the company said.
Hogenboom will become responsible for operational aspects, broking and financial results.
In addition, he will be the team's link with the Dutch benefits administration business.
Driessen will be tasked with client activities, client retention and sales, whereas Van de Ree is to focus on staff development and improvement of quality and efficiency of client services.
According to Aon Hewitt, Van den Broek and Siekman will continue supporting the new management through knowledge transfer, as well as through client and contact introductions until the end of December.
After that, they will be "looking for a new challenge", it said.
Andy Cox, chief executive at Aon Hewitt EMEA retirement and financial management, said: "Reinoud and Jan Willem have guided Aon Hewitt through a successful integration in 2010 and have adequately adjusted the organisation so it is prepared for a fast-changing market."
Lex Geerdes, country manager at Aon Netherlands, said: "At the same time, they have put in an extraordinary effort for our business relations and the cooperation between Aon Hewitt and other parts of Aon in the Netherlands."
Van den Broek and Siekman have not disclosed their plans for the future.
Aon Netherlands – part of Aon in London - is an adviser on risk management, employee benefits and insurances.
It employs 1,900 workers in its 10 Dutch offices.
