UK – AXA Investment Managers has promoted Joanna Munro to head of UK institutional business development and head of global consultant relations and Nigel Loweth to head of UK institutional sales.
In her new roles, Munro will be responsible for expanding the UK institutional business, its strategy and product development, and will coordinate relations with global consultants for all AXA IM products and services.
In addition, Munro will retain her role as manager of AXA structured and alternative investment management products and sales specialists. She reports to Nathalie Boullefort-Fulconis, global head of institutional business development.
Loweth was formerly head of pooled funds, and his role has been expanded to include segregated products, managing the sale of both to the UK institutional market and reporting to Munro.
The positions have been newly created in order to separate business development and sales as a result of growing demand from UK institutions.
AXA IM has approximately 266 billion euros under management.
