UK - Cardano Risk Management has hired Richard Dowell and Phil Page, both senior consultants at Hewitt Associates, to join its UK team.

The Rotterdam-headquartered organisation, which is expanding its business into the UK, today announced Dowell will support Kerrin Rosenberg, UK chief executive officer, in a managerial role as well as advising clients.

Page and Emma Fairgrieve, who is also joining Cardano from P-Solve Asset Solutions, will be involved in client consulting activities.

Elsewhere, Hewitt announced it has acquired HeptaCon, a Vienna-based human resources consultancy company, for an undisclosed amount.

Bernhard Stieger, who led HeptaCon prior to the merger, will become Hewitt's market manager in Austria.

Stieger replaces Paul Roettig, who will focus on "international projects within Hewitt", the firm said.

HeptaCon specialises in organisational, HR and leadership development as well as educational management and training.
