UK – Close Brothers’ asset management arm, Close Investments, has appointed Jonathan Sieff as its new chief executive.
Before joining Close Investments, Sieff was executive director for strategy and products and services at Gerrard Ltd., before which he worked at Old Mutual Corporate Development.
Sieff will take over from Colin Keogh before June 1. Keogh was promoted to chief executive of the Close Brothers Group in November last year, replacing Rod Kent, one of the co-founders of Close Brothers.
Close Investments covers a range of specialist products and services on and offshore, and manages over three billion pounds in assets.
