UK – Pension consulting firm Hymans Robertson has appointed six new partners as of the start of this month – taking the total number of partners to 31.
The new partners are: Patrick Bloomfield, Karen McWilliam, Russell Chapman, Martin Potter, Peter Kane and Lorna Tonner.
"We are delighted to be able to make this number of new partner appointments, positively reflecting the further success of the firm, which continues to grow steadily in line with its business development objectives,” said senior partner Ronnie Bowie.
Bloomfield joined the firm in 2004 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. McWilliam joined in 2002 and heads a team of ex-Local Government Pension Scheme pension managers supporting local authority clients.
Chapman joined three years ago and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. Potter joined two years ago and is a scheme actuary and consultant for trustee and corporate pension clients.
Senior consultant Kane joined in 2002 while Tonner joined in 1997 and advises large LGPS clients.
The firm was set up in 1921 and employs around 300 staff in London, Glasgow and Birmingham.
