SWITZERLAND – Credit Suisse Asset Management’s Swiss arm has named Werner Richli a senior research analyst for real estate.
Richli, 43, joins from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he covered the Swiss building materials and utilities sectors as well as German and Swiss real estate companies. He has also been involved with bringing a number of Swiss companies to market through initial public offerings.
In his new CSAM role Richli will oversee analysis in the international real estate sector.
"Following the strong growth of our European real estate business, we are delighted to welcome aboard a leading real estate analyst,” said Stefan Maechler, head of real estate investment management for CSAM Europe.
“The recruitment of someone with Werner's calibre demonstrates our commitment to ensuring CSAM remains a market leader."
CSAM has around 312.7 billion dollars in assets under management.
