UK - Deutsche Asset Management has rejigged its UK client relationship team after the departure of Simon Peck and Roger Morris.
DeAM said its head of client relationship management, Simon Peck, is to leave. Client services director Roger Morris will retire in April, though he will remain chairman of Deutsche Property Asset Management.
"Simon Peck, head of client relationship management has decided to leave DeAM to enjoy a career break before considering new opportunities," DeAM said in a statement.
It has recruited Fiona Hope from J P Morgan Fleming Asset Management and David Benson from McKinsey & Co.
Hope is to look after key pension fund clients part of the UK relationship management team. Benson becomes director of business development.
Hope is currently a senior client relationship manager at J P Morgan while Benson is an engagement manager in McKinsey's European asset management practice.
"We are delighted that two people of the calibre of Fiona Hope and David Benson have decided to join Deutsche Asset Management,” said Robin Hindle Fisher, head of the UK institutional business at DeAM. DeAM manages 586.8 billion euros of assets.
