IRELAND– DKR Capital has launched two funds, the DKR Relative Value and the DKR Relative Value Plus, which will be listed on the Irish stock exchange and targeted at European institutional investors.
The new funds are issued by DKR Funds (Ireland), which is an open-ended limited liability company which was established as an umbrella fund. The funds are denominated in both US dollars and euros, with a minimum investment level set at €250,000. The funds are not open to US-based investors.
The DKR Relative Value fund invests in relative value, arbitrage and non-market directional trading opportunities, with an investment objective to achieve modest returns with low volatility and a very low correlation to traditional equity and fixed income investments. The Relative Plus has a similar investment strategy and objective but may also invest in equities and currencies.
