Netherlands-based investment consultants William M Mercer Klein Haneveld has announced the appointment of Frans Ballendux as director.

Ballendux, who joins from Mees-Pierson where he was a director, will continue as a part-time Professor of Finance and Investment at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. His role will be to advise pension funds and other institutional clients of the company.
