NETHERLANDS/SWITZERLAND – Marinus Keijzer, chief investment officer of the Zeist based Emeritaatsfonds GKN pension fund and for 10 years a well known figure at Dutch superfund PGGM, is one of five new proposed board members of Swiss private equity firm 5e Holding.

The firm, managed by Swiss Life Private Equity Partners, is expected to elect Keijzer as chairman of the board with four others, Stuart Frankel, Max Koch, Georges Muller and Tony Reis, joining him at the table.

The appointments to be made at 5E Holdings’ AGM today, will each run for three years.
