NETHERLANDS - A Dutch pension fund is looking for a global multi-manager to invest €250m in non-listed real estate funds, using IPE-Quest.

In the search, QN967, consultant Grontmij, Kats & Waalwijk Vastgoedvermogensbeheer said it is compiling a longlist and a shortlist for the fund.

"The shortlist will consist of five global multi-managers who will be welcomed later in the process to present themselves to the fund," stated the consultant.

The closing date for the search is September 22.
