EUROPE – Judy Hill, chief executive of INREV, the European Association for Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles, is to retire.

The announcement came at the annual MIPIM real estate event in Cannes. IPE understands that her successor has not yet been named.

Amsterdam-based INREV aims “to improve the accessibility of market information and the liquidity of the non-listed real estate vehicle market”.

Institutional investor members include some of the leading names in European pension funds.
