UK - Fidelity Investments has named Caren Naylor as associate director of defined contributions product development.
Fidelity said Naylor, who joins from Deutsche Asset Management, would “focus on maintaining and strengthening Fidelity’s fully bundled offer”.
The hire follows the appointment last month of Julian Webb as head of business development for the UK DC business.
“Caren has 12 years experience in the DC marketplace gained from various positions in pensions administration, life assurance and fund management,” Fidelity said.
“Fidelity has a strong pipeline of fund and product developments that will make sure our current and future clients as well as their members will continue to enjoy a first class DC service,” said Richard Parkin, director of DC product development.
“I am delighted that we have been able to attract someone of Caren’s calibre and experience to help us realise this exciting vision for the future.”
Earlier this month Fidelity Investments named Martin Harris as managing director of UK defined benefits.
