UK – Jenny Rosser, former managing director of pensions at airline group British Airways, has joined independent pension trustee firm BESTrustees.
“Independent trustees play an essential role in pension scheme management and I am delighted to welcome Jenny to the team,” said BESTrustees managing director Clive Gilchrist.
“Jenny has enjoyed a successful and varied career in the pensions industry and she will now be able to transfer this wealth of knowledge and experience to the role of independent trustee.”
Rosser retired from BA in 2001 after 40 years and received a Member of the British Empire award for services to pensions in 2000.
After she left BA she spent six months as interim chief executive of the National Association of Pension Funds. Among other roles, she is on the board at the London Pension Funds Authority.
BESTrustees advises 74 pension funds.
