UK – Roger Cobley, former manager of international consulting at Mercer, has joined consultancy firm Stamford Associates as a director.
London-based Stamford said Cobley was also formerly director of group pensions at Fisons and manager of international pensions at Rank Xerox.
He is set to take over as president of the Pensions Management Institute next month. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
Stamford principal Nick Wyld said: “His extensive experience and industry knowledge will add to the strength and depth of talent at Stamford and we look forward to his considerable contribution”.
Cobley added: “I am honoured to accept this appointment. Stamford Associates are pioneers and market leaders in investment consultancy services and the provision of multi-manager funds.”
