FRANCE – UBS Global Asset Management France has appointed Bruno Servant as deputy chief executive.
Servant’s role has been newly created for the French branch. He will be responsible for corporate business development on the institutional side, and will report to chief executive Philippe D’Anterroches. There are now 28 people working in the French office.
Prior to joining UBS Global Asset Management in France, Servant was head of institutional business at Deutsche Asset Management SA – the company formed from the merger of BPW and Deutsche Bank last year.
There he has been replaced by Philippe du Tertre, a long-standing board member. He is a now head of institutional and retail sales and distribution. DeAM France manages six billion euros in assets on the behalf of French institutional and retail clients.
Regional assets of UBS Global Asset Management are not disclosed.
