GLOBAL - PGGM, JP Morgan Asset Management, Capita Hartshead, UKSIF, Pioneer Investments

PGGM - The Dutch asset manager has appointed Wout Dekker as director of its new corporate communications department, reporting to chief executive Martin van Rijn. Dekker is currently manager of communications and public affairs at Zorgverzekeraars Nederland in Zeist. Before then, he held jobs in communication management for the police in Utrecht and the Academic Hospital in Rotterdam.

JP Morgan Asset Management - Bob Dewing has been appointed as a portfolio manager for infrastructure debt. Before joining JPMAM, he worked at Citigroup, where he was managing director of infrastructure and energy finance in New York, as well as managing director of project finance in Hong Kong.

Capita Hartshead - The consultancy has made two new appointments to its investment consulting team. Brendan Coffey joins as senior investment consultant, while Heena Desai has been appointed associate consultant. Coffey joins from HSBC Actuaries and Consultants/JLT. Desai moved across to investment consulting from Capita Hartshead's annuity team.

UKSIF - Geoff Burnand, chief investment officer at Charity Bank, and Adam Frost, head of governance and environmental and social research at Sarasin & Partners, were elected to the board at the sustainable and responsible investment organisation's recent AGM. My-Linh Ngo, associate director of SRI research at Henderson SRI, was re-elected to the board.

Pioneer Investments - Teresa Molins has been appointed senior sales manager for Spain and Portugal. Before joining, Molins was head of investor relations at Bodaclick and before then director of equity sales at Dresdner Kleinwort and Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.
