GLOBAL - Storebrand, Finance Norway, Pyramis Global Advisors, International Integrated Reporting Council, BNY Mellon, Inflexion Private Equity

Storebrand - Idar Kreutzer, chief executive at Norwegian financial group Storebrand, is stepping down to join Finance Norway, the trade body for the banking and finance industry. He will leave his position on 1 June and be replaced by Odd Arild Grefstad, who will serve as acting chief executive. He has worked at the company since 1992 and served as chief executive for the last 12 years.

Pyramis Global Advisors - Ulrika Bergman has been appointed senior vice-president of Nordic and Benelux sales at the Fidelity Investments subsidiary. She joins from Principal Global Investors in London, where she served as head of institutional sales for the Benelux and Scandinavia. Before then, she was head of sales for the Nordic countries at Morley Fund Management.

International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) - Peter Bakker has been appointed deputy chair. Bakker is president of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, a chief executive-led global coalition of some 200 companies. Until June of last year, he was chief executive at TNT, the Netherlands-based holding company of TNT Express and Royal TNT Post (formerly TPG Post).

BNY Mellon - Wim Hautekiet has been named chief executive of the asset manager's European banking division, the Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, subject to regulatory approval. He succeeds Paul Bodart, who is retiring after 17 years with the company. Hautekiet currently serves as deputy general counsel for BNY Mellon across the EMEA region.

Inflexion Private Equity - Richard Swann has been promoted from investment director to partner. He joined the investment team in 2008 and has led Inflexion's investments in Rhead Group, Phlexglobal, National Accident Helpline and FDM Group, holding seats on all their boards.
