GERMANY – Cologne based independent consultancy firm, Büro Dr. Heubeck, Cologne, has, changed its German legal status, becoming HEUBECK AG, in a move it says will better allow it to meet the increasing “requirements and demands” of the German market, particularly the Riester pension reforms.

The company, which was set up more than 50 years ago, remains in the hands of sole executive director, Prof Dr Klaus Heubeck, and his family, with Heubeck continuing to manage the firm. There are no plans to go public.

Says Heubeck : “The firm has been adjusted to the new challenges both from a professional and organisational point of view.”
“Our work will stay objective and independent, with the emphasis on quality and following the clients’ interests.”
