UK/EUROPE – William M. Mercer has appointed Mark Hoble to become its UK head of human resource operations and made him a European partner, following his departure from Ernst & Young, where he was head of HR consulting.

Hoble will be responsible for all aspects of HR operations consulting at Mercer, a role which will include advising clients on HR strategies, change management and process improvements, alongside system and provider selection.

Prior to working at Ernst & Young, Hoble was a senior consultant at Towers Perrin.
