INREV, the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles, has signed up its one hundredth member less than a year after its launch.
The new member, Orion Capital Managers, recently joined the organization whose objectives are to increase the transparency and accessibility of non-listed real estate vehicles for European institutional investors.
INREV chairman Michiel Olland, head of European and Asian real estate at ABP Investments, commented: “I am delighted at the growth of the association. The support of our members – both financial and in terms of time given to INREV – means we have the resources to continue pursuing our ambitious agenda on behalf of the industry”.
Judy Hill, INREV chief executive, added: “This is fantastic news. “We are on track to achieve our goal of being the European platform for all players in the non-listed real estate vehicle market.”
