NETHERLANDS / UK – Amsterdam based international banking group, Insinger de Beaufort, is to acquire London based United Trust Group, which owns United Trust Bank , a credit lending, property development finance and deposit products company.

United Trust brings to Insinger a team with a specialist credit provision experience, which will benefit Insinger’s institutional as well as private client base.

United Trust Bank will eventually be known as Bank Insinger de Beaufort plc.
