UK – The Pension Protection Fund has named Invesco’s Alan Duncan as director of operations.
“As director of operations, Alan Duncan will be responsible for directing day to day core operations, including the end-to-end process relating to the entry of schemes into the Pension Protection Fund, through to payment of compensation to individuals,” the PPF said. Duncan takes up the role on February 28.
"I am delighted that Alan is joining us,” said chief executive Myra Kinghorn. “He brings a wealth of private sector pensions and operations experience that will enable us to establish the Pension Protection Fund as an efficient and effective organisation."
He joins from Invesco Pensions, where he has been director of operations since 2002. He was previously at Fidelity Investments. Invesco declined to comment.
