GLOBAL – IPE Real Estate, the specialist magazine for institutional investors, has today launched a new website to provide further insight into the fast-growing international real estate investment market place.

The new web service – www iperealestate.com – has been developed to give free access to capital owners and consultants to the latest trends in real estate investing, including a regular news update.

It is also designed to assist investors in the process of selecting appropriate external investment managers.

“One of our key aims is to add transparency for investors when initially searching for a real estate investment manager in Europe, Asia or North America through a unique profile format covering over 45 leading managers internationally,” said Simon Butterworth, publisher – IPE Real Estate.

“This service is free of charge to registered capital owners and consultants,” he added.

Also available on the site are the latest details announcing the launch of the IPE Real Estate Investor Forum & Awards 2006 in June next year.

The Investor Forum has been designed to provide European capital owners with an exclusive environment where they can exchange ideas and have access to leading global industry professionals about the latest developments in the real estate market.
