NETHERLANDS – Amsterdam based Dutch custodian Kas-Associatie has appointed Ben Kramer as head of sales and acquisition for its department of institutional relations in Europe and the UK.

Since 1998, Kramer has worked for the Dutch custodian in acquisition and product development, as well as in European client relations.

Before joining the bank he worked for Van der Hoop Effektenbank and the WM Company.
