UK – The London-based asset management arm of Swiss firm Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch (LODH) has appointed Christine Farquhar to head up its fixed income division, as part of a move to boost its bond expertise in the UK.
Farquhar joins from Insight Investment, part of the HBOS group, where she was head of the fixed income and cash management business.
In a separate appointment, Farquhar will be joined at LODH by Daniel Loughney, a former UK gilt analyst at Threadneedle Investment Management responsible for Sterling sovereign and supranational bond strategy.
Jean Keller, managing director of LODH in London commented: “The appointment of Christine Farquhar is central to our strategy to scale up our fixed income expertise in London.”
