IRELAND – Mellon Global Securities Services has appointed Cathy Kinsella as trustee manager for its trustee business in Ireland.

Kinsella joins from HSBC Global Investor Services and will report to Anne King, managing director of Mellon Trustees (Dublin). She will manage the team carrying out the trustee fiduciary responsibilities for the Dublin domiciled funds.

King said: "The trustee industry is one which is constantly evolving and which requires us to demonstrate a thorough, up-to-date understanding of industry issues and requirements at all times. "

Mellon Global Securities Services Dublin, part of Pittsburgh-based Mellon Financial Corp. has around 65 staff and recently moved into new offices which “allow the company to double in size over the coming years”.
