UK – Mercer Human Resource Consulting has appointed Jeremy Hill as European principal and senior consultant.

Hill joins the London office where he will work with major clients on global employee benefit issues. He will focus on risk benefit financing, including multinational pooling and the use of captive insurance companies for employee benefits.

Hill has more than 15 years’ consultancy experience. Most recently he worked as an international team lead at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was also a senior consultant with Aon Consulting.

Mercer also announced this week that it is boosting its pensions administration business, by spending 25 million pounds (36 million euros) on new technology, training and customer service.
