UK - Automotive supplies group Johnson Controls has appointed William M.Mercer to set up a new UK pension scheme for its approximately 3,000 employees.
The new money purchase agreement will cover all three of Johnson’s operating divisions and part of Mercer’s remit is to look at the application of web technology for the fund.
A HR pension website is currently under construction.
Mercer’s services to the Johnson Controls fund will include actuarial, investment and communication consulting, together with pensions administration.
