NETHERLANDS – Erwin Stouthamer, head of international real estate at asset liability manager MN Services, has left the company, it emerged today.
Stouthamer is the second real estate executive to leave the firm recently.
He resigned from the E20bn investment management company at the end of last year. He is currently on gardening leave and continues to work for MN as a consultant.
Stouthamer’s departure comes after MN’s portfolio manager Karin van der Sluijs was appointed as associate director of Arlington Property Investors in January, spearheading its private property investment business in continental Europe.
At MN Services, Van der Sluijs managed European real estate investments in both private funds and listed securities.
MN Services was unavailable for comment.
