GLOBAL - Morgan Stanley has named Paul Price as head of international sales for its investment management division.
Based in London, Price will oversee the teams for institutional and intermediary sales, consultant relations and business development in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Price served as global head of the institutional business at Pioneer Global Asset Management, where he was a member of the company's general and executive committees.
Prior to joining Pioneer in 2006, he was head of MFS Investment Management's non-US institutional business from 2000 to 2005.
Before then, he was associate director on the fixed income team at Lombard Odier.
He started his career in the mid-1980s with Bank of Ireland, and during his 12-year tenure, he held a number of roles as a senior dealer and within the asset management business.
Navtej Nandra, head of Morgan Stanley Investment Management International, said: "Paul will play a key role in strengthening [our] international footprint, working closely with Lisa [Jones, global head of sales], Jack O'Connor, our new head of North America sales, and me."
