** MORLEY APPOINTS TWO TO BOARD **
UK – Morley Fund Management has made two senior board level appointments with the hirings of Malcolm Le May as managing director international and Jan Nuttal as human resources director.
Le May, who will be responsible for Morley’s business development activities in the Americas, Asia and the Pacific rim, was formerly deputy chief executive and global head of corporate and institutional finance at ING Barings.
Prior to ING, he held a number of senior international roles, including head of European investment banking at UBS.
Nuttal, who joins Morley from Citibank where she was vice president human resources, will be responsible for Morley’s training and people development worldwide.

**FORSYTH POACHES MORGAN STANLEY QUILTER TEAM**
UK – Specialist fund management and research company, Forsyth partners, has recruited Dean Cheeseman, associate divisional director at Morgan Stanley Quilter, along with two of his senior colleagues, Jackie Beard and Paul Carne.
Cheeseman becomes head of UK investments at Forsyth and will lead the firm’s drive into the UK fund of fund services market.
Beard takes an investment role for the discretionary portfolio management service.
Carne, an econometrician, will work on quantitative analysis for international funds and Forsyth’s in-house portfolios.
