UK- The National Association of Pension Funds has launched a new guide at its annual Investment Conference in Edinburgh aimed at helping trustees comply with Paul Myners’ recommendations.
“The Myners Principles: Rising to the Challenge” is designed to simplify the complex language surrounding pension scheme investment and provides help for DB trustees in making their investment processes meet Myners’ recommendations.
Says chairman of the NAPF working group which oversaw the production of the book, Ken Ayers: “this new publication gives trustees an accessible and structured guide to complying with the Myners Principles.”
A similar publication for trustees of DC schemes is being finalised and will be sent to NAPF members shortly.
