UK - The National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) launched a platform dedicated to defined contribution (DC) schemes.

The online service 'DC PensionsConnection' provides NAPF members with the latest information regarding DC legislation and regulation. In discussion forums and opinion polls they can exchange views on defined contribution plans.

In addition the pensions body will organise meetings with DC experts and leading industry figures exclusive to members.

"DC is the fastest growing part of the pensions market and because the associated challenges are growing just as rapidly, we have put DC PensionsConnection in place to help meet those challenges," said NAPF chief executive Joanne Segars.
