NETHERLANDS - Campina's corporate affairs director Jos Clerx has been named director of the €1bn Stichting Pensioenfonds Campina.
The 57-year-old takes the role from December 1. He will be succeeded by Hans Lourens, 44, who has been general counsel for the international dairy company since 2002.
Lourens will act as secretary to the executive board and supervisory board. He is also responsible for legal and dairy policy affairs.
And from October 1 Eric Heres, director of corporate communication, will take charge of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Nobody at the firm was available for comment.
Last month the fund put all its assets in a fiduciary mandate with Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
