GLOBAL – IPE has launched a new quarterly publication, IPE Real Estate, to accompany the main monthly magazine.
“IPE Real Estate is aimed primarily at institutional investors already allocating to property, as well as those seeking to take an informed look at an asset class that has enjoyed something of a renaissance in the past few years,” says Hugh Wheelan, editor of IPE Real Estate.
The first issue has interviews with Dutch pension giants ABP and PGGM explaining how they have approached real estate in the past and how they are investing today.
And there is a special focus on the US market as well as a regional expose of the Nordic markets.
We “look forward to speaking and working with you in the coming year and beyond to engage in the discussions about institutional investment in real estate that are surely just beginning,” Wheelan adds.
The main issue of the magazine looks at the French asset management industry as it prepares for the French Reserve Fund mandates. Also featured is a special report on hedge funds in Germany. In addition, there is a supplement on Private Equity.
