NORWAY – The Norwegian State railway, Norske Stadsbaner (NSB), and Aberdeen Celexa Property Investors Nordic Region (ACPINR) have jointly created Celexa Eiensdomsforvältning (CE), a new asset and property management and administration company for those properties that are currently managed by NSB’s own department for property administration, NSB Eiendom.
NSB Eiendom’s 200 strong staff has been transferred to CE, though the NSB continues to own the properties.
Says Hans Bergström of CE: “Such an all-out approach to property management is new in Norway. The new company will also give NSB the possibility to develop its strategy to become more yield oriented.”
The news comes at the same time that Aberdeen Celexa Property Investors Norway announces it has signed a contract with Oslo Pensionsforsikring (OP), the Oslo based life insurance company, to provide property asset management services to OP’s client, Oslo Sporveiers pension fund.
