GERMANY/UK - Olaf John, the former director of European institutional business at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) has returned to Frankfurt full-time to join Fidelity Investment Services as director of institutional business.

John joined BGI in London in 1999, having previously worked for consultant Towers Perrin in Frankfurt as head of asset consulting.
