NETHERLANDS - Rob Kragten, secretary of the Dutch foundation for company pension funds, or OPF, is to join construction group Volker Wessels Stevin.
Kragten will become director of the €717m Volker Wessels Stevin pension fund as of August 1.
The 48-year-old Kragten succeeds Loek Sibbing, who has become the director of Unilever’s pension fund Progress.
As of November 10, Sibbing will succeed Han Thoman as OPF chairman.
Kragten joined the OPF a year, after a career at A&O Services, the industry-wide scheme for painters, decorators and plasterers. He specialises in financial markets, supervision and corporate governance.
No decision has been made about a replacement, Kragten told IPE.
