UK – Occupational pension fund The Pensions Trust has appointed Phil Bradish as sales manager following an expansion and restructuring of its sales team.
Bradish, 43, joins from Pensions & Benefit Services Limited, where he worked as a pensions consultant for three years.
At the Trust he will be responsible for a five-member team consisting of consultants and administration staff.
The team will shortly increase to six people in the near future with the appointment of an administration assistant to work alongside the new business co-ordinator.
Bradish will be mainly based in the Trust’s Leeds office, and will focus on business development and client growth and development.
This includes three business areas (business-to-business sales, business-to-customer sales and administration staff) and the 12 regional sales areas that are split amongst them.
Business-to-business sales consultant, Robert Fletcher, 56, is another new addition to the Trust team while Roddy Hoffmann, 32, has been appointed an additional business-to-customer sale consultant, joining existing consultant Gary Bradley.
All positions are newly created, said a Pensions Trust spokesperson.
The Trust serves more than 4,000 employer organisations with over 114,000 members and pensioners.
