FRANCE- Pioneer Investments (France) has appointed Astrid Lubin to the new position of head of institutional clients for France. She will be responsible for the promotion and development of alternative investments and will be based in Paris.

Prior to joining Pioneer, Lubin has held positions with Crédit Agricole, Dean Witter Reynolds and French asset manager, CPR Gestion. Most recently Lupin was employed at AGF Asset Management , responsible for external distribution.

Pioneer Investments (France) has also appointed a new head of retail for France. Thierry Téphany of CAI Chevreux Gestions will now be responsible or the development pf partnerships between Pioneer Investments and distribution networks.

Pioneer Investments is the asset management arm of Unicredito Italiano and has over e101bn of assets under management worldwide.
