UK – The head of international equities at Royal London Asset Management, Philip Lawlor, is leaving to join Nomura International.
Lawlor was with Royal London Asset Management for 18 years, which together with Royal London Cash Management manages around 21 billion pounds (29.4 billion euros) of assets.
Commenting on his departure, Lawlor said: “After 18 years it is time to move on. Nomura offered a new challenge that appeals to me at this time in my career.”
At Nomura International, Lawlor will be chief portfolio strategist, commencing at the end of June. Andrew Carter, chief investment officer will take over the responsibility of head of international equities at Royal London Asset Management on an interim basis.
