**Jones Lang Lasalle appoints new chief operating officer**
UK & US – Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) has appointed Peter Roberts as the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Roberts moves internally and previously worked as executive vice president and chief financial officer at JLL.
In his new position he will be responsible for the operating, planning, marketing and business development of the company’s global real estate services and investment management.
**Gaskell to join SEI Global Fixed Income team**
UK – SEI Investments has appointed Rodney Gaskell as senior investment analyst for fixed income.
Rodney joins SEI from Deutsche Bank where he was a senior vice president and portfolio manager with responsibility for fixed income funds in a fund-of-fund complex for 7 years.
**Edinburgh adds to UK large cap team**
UK – Edinburgh Fund Mangers has taken on Chris Hegarty as UK equities large cap manager.
Hegarty joins from Scottish Widows where he was a portfolio manager within the retail team and responsible for UK technology analysis.
**Pictet adds Hill to UK small caps team**
UK – Pictet Asset Management has appointed Justin Hill as senior investment manager focussing on UK small caps.
Hill previously worked at Friends, Ivory and Sime, where he managed the smaller companies’ element of the A rated UK equity fund as well as the small cap component of the A rated UK growth fund.
**Sweeting to client services at Rothschild**
UK – Paul Sweeting has joined Rothschild Asset Management as assistant director of the UK institutional client services team.
Sweeting was formerly with Towers Perrin where he was senior consultant.
**Invesco Pensions takes on new board member**
UK – Invesco Pensions has further expanded its board by taking on a new non-executive director, Alan Frost.
Frost joins from United Assurance, where he spent two years as group chief executive, and then as deputy chief executive following its sale to the Royal London group.
