**Russell appoints capital markets analyst in London**
UK - Consultants Frank Russell Company has appointed Brett McElwee as an analyst in the London office. Previously he was with GMO, firstly in Australia and for the past two years with GMO Woolley in London as analyst for their equity and fixed income products.

At Russell, he will be carrying out quantitative research of capital markets worldwide to support the company’s multi-manager fund business. He holds a doctorate in maths from University of Sydney.


**Watson Wyatt adds account manager in London**
UK - Consultancy firm, Watson Wyatt has appointed Paola Bradley as an account manager to its London office.

Bradley joins from Hewitt Associates where she was a managing consultant, with responsibility for a number of major client relationships.
