Frank Russell has appointed James Duberly as associate portfolio manager for its fixed income portfolios.

Duberly will be responsible for the construction and management of Russell's global bond, UK bond and global high yield funds, as well as the projected euro debt fund.

He joins from Wiliam Mercer, having previously been a portfolio manager at the Bank of international Settlements in Basle, Switzerland.
