UK – Russell/Mellon CAPS has bolstered its marketing team with addition of Bella Jasani and Tony Novo.
Jasani joins as marketing manager and will be responsible for the existing team of three marketing assistants. Jasani was formerly head of new business for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Deutsche Asset Management.
She left DeAM some time ago. Previously she worked at Citigroup Asset Management and INVESCO. Jasani will report to Mick Brant, chief executive at Russell/Mellon CAPS.
Novo will be responsible for building new relationships with consultants across Europe. It is a new role, and he will report to business development manager Allison Langley. Previously, Novo worked in relationship management with consultants and third part data providers at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
The two additions are part of the company’s strategy to up its profile in Europe. Says Brant: “The addition to the team will help us maintain momentum, as we continue to expand our business in Europe.”
Russell/Mellon CAPS provide institutional information services and systems. Globally, the organisation services assets of around three trillion euros for nearly 3,000 clients.
